Our portfolio includes four exclusive villas, offering space for up to 10 guests. The largest villa offers 566 square metres of space and every amenity you could wish for. The villas are located close to the port town of Pylos on the Peloponnese peninsula in southern Greece, above the famous Bay of Navarino. The stunning view over the ocean and the picturesque surroundings are the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable holiday.

Restaurants

Fresh fish straight from the grill, local Greek dishes, tasty snacks, and of course the occasional Ouzo: just stroll down to the beach promenade where you will enjoy Greek hospitality from the best seats in the house. Gialova’s small but exclusive beach promenade offers over a dozen different restaurants, taverns, and cafés. Each too small for their own website: check out Tripadvisor for reviews.

Golf

Messenia will become a hot spot for golfers in the next few years. A total of six 18-hole golf courses are planned, all reachable within an hour. The area already boasts four top class golf courses, and there is no better place to play golf in Greece.

Water sports

Many guests enjoy a quick plunge in the sea before breakfast, or to swim in the morning while the surface is still as smooth as glass. Or you can glide out to sea on a stand-up paddleboard (we have two for you to use). The wind routinely picks up later in the morning – time to surf. Which will you choose?
